Design & Features:

• This urn is made from two hand-built ceramic pieces:

  1. The main vessel

  2. A lid–vase stopper, which sits flush at the opening and can be permanently sealed if desired

• No inner stopper is included — the lid functions as the closure

• The vase-style lid can hold a small posy in a wet bag (for easy replacement without removing the lid), or a battery-operated candle

  • Use real candles with care and never leave unattended

• The design features large pink blossom flowers and sunny yellow daisy-like blooms, complemented by a green motif wrapping the lower portion and pedestal base

• The vase lid is finished in a striking solid blue glaze

• This urn has a distinct asymmetrical silhouette, with an intentional lean through the lower form — a subtle sculptural gesture that makes this piece truly one-of-a-kind

Materials & Craftsmanship:

• Crafted from hand-built, hand-painted stoneware ceramic, Cone 6 fired

• Watertight and glazed inside, suitable for long-term use

• Decorated with layered underglazes and glazes

• Signed and dated on the base by the artist

• Gently handwash only; for maintenance, dust with a soft cloth

Sealing & Ash Transfer:

• Can be sealed with silicone, permanent adhesive, or museum wax/putty for a semi-permanent seal

• A guide to transferring ashes and sealing will be provided with your purchase
